I have spent 47 days in India and Nepal during 2011/2012 all through Indian Travel Consultants.

We spent about 21 nights in India - Delhi, Agra, then we traipsed through Rajasthan, and then ended up back in Delhi. I provided ITC a rough plan of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go, and ITC gave us a suggested itinerary including hotels for the entire trip. It also provided a car and driver for about 17 days while we were touring outside of Delhi. The cost was $3222 total for the two of us.The price also included airport arrival and departure transfers in Delhi, an elephant ride in Jaipur, and a camel ride in Jaisalmer. Not included were admission fees (museums, forts, palaces, etc), local tour guides (we didn't use any), and meals (except breakfasts, which were included with the hotels). The only hotel that I changed was the one in Delhi, for which we paid more money (but it was probably worth it). The other hotels ranged from adequate to quite nice, except for our desert outing in Jaisalmer, which was rather spartan. I tried to change a couple of other hotels, but ITC was reluctant to do so, and in the end the hotels turned out all right.

We had a great time. Our driver was competent (very important in India's crazy traffic) and professional. His english was not real good, but it was adequate. The car was small and could get uncomfortable after a few hours, but we got used to it. Feroz, the owner of the company, was quite solicitous, friendly and helpful. I would recommend using him. I think his prices are reasonable, but then again, one gets what one pays for. We weren't willing to pay for 5 star hotels or a minivan, and so I think we got what we requested, and we were quite happy.

We want to thank all the attention and services offered during our trip to India this past February. We were a group of five girls and this was the first time we visited India. From the moment we contacted indian travel Consultants until the last day of our trip, we had the security of being in the hands of professionals, always concerned about our well being and if we enjoyed our stay. All the itinerary prepared by your company was very well connected, we had no problem, all the hotels, trains, flights, drivers, guides showed us their professionalism. Feroz has asked me to contact you about his agency. I first travelled through his agency eight years ago. We arrived with no plan and spoke to Feroz who put together a great itinery that allowed us to see Rajastan, Varanasi, Agra and a gorgeous town called Orcha that Feroz suggested. We had a driver and car and stayed at a range of hotels, all unteresting and comfortable without being to much like a standard Western hotel.

I planned another trip at the start of this year and decided to use Feroz's services again. My friend and I arrived in Gaya and stayed in Bodhgaya to attend teachingswith the Dalai Lama. We wanted to travel from there to Kerala in South India nd then get back to Delhi to fly back to Australia.My friend has had some difficult trips in India and she wanted it to be easy and organised so she just had to relax.

I can not tell you how easy it was to have someone else organise all the accommodation, flights, pickups from airports and railway stations. We hd a few ideas about where we wanted to go this time and a desire to do a boat trip through the backwaters of Kerala. Feroz put together some accommodation options and changed one of the hotels because I thought it looked a bit too glossy. In the end all of the hotels were fantastic. I travelled with a friend who has travelled independently in India and she was amazed at the difference it made and the attentive and personal service that Feroz provides. The price was very reasonable and I appreciated having everything paid for in advance which minimised the need to carry money. He was very accommodating when I asked for a driver to show us around Delhi once we got there and he provided it for free and with no hesitation.

I am not sure if you have travelled there before but if not I would not hesitate in suggesting that it is the easiest way to travel but still retains the freedom to do what you want when you want to.If you have any other questions please contact me.

The journey that I contracted included: 18 days bed and breakfast, entrances to all the monuments and places of interest, a 'car with driver at your disposal 24 hours 24 Oreca would lead us through Rajasthan, Varanasi and transfer to air return by train, all for much less than half of what I would have spent addressing an agency in our country.

Before opting for this agency had also contacted several other agencies in India, but the absolute Feroz agency assured me a trip high quality at a price lower than the other, in fact, as I mentioned before, the trip included all revenue to the many museums, temples, the TajMahal, elephant ride, boat tours at sunset and at 'Sunrise on the Ganges in Varanasi, in Italian guides in all places (one of the only agencies that assured me as Italian speaking guides my mom does not speak English) and most importantly I had assured quality hotel, but above all clean.

At the start I had some doubt about the seriousness of the agency, and instead to our arrival (at 2 am) a driver friendly, smiling and greeted us with a necklace of flowers the day after the owner of the Mr. Feroz, along with His family wanted to meet us to talk about the trip but also for inviting us to eat Indian food and get to know.

Also during the trip my mother had a health problem, and our wonderful driver Dinesh Tuker was available, beautiful and amazing, because it was close from beginning to end as even a friend can do, even bringing in a specialist clinic.

We are a Catalan couple (Yolanda & Roger) who travelled to India in August '07. Our idea was to do all the trip round the Rajhastan and some other cities by train. But we heard the possibility to contract the services of an indian company, to have a driver for us, to book all the hotels for advance, and we tried.

It was a good decision. We only had 20 days, and we could do almost everything we wanted to do, we could visit almost every place we wanted to see. And as well, we picked up some trains, which is also a nice experience. If we had done all the trip by train, we couldn't have seen even half of what we saw.

So we recommend to contract the services of Indian Travel Consultant. It's worth it, although in India you always have surprises, which at the end of the travel, you remember as anecdotes (some drivers speak very little english, some hotels are not what you expected and contracted, ...)

We visited India in October 2012 and the tour consisted of about 18 nights in India from Delhi to Kolkata. The company we used for the second trip to India was Indian Travel Consultants (ITC), which I had found through an internet search. The company's CEO is FerozBaktoo who booked our accommodation and provided the driver and car for the duration of the trip. We were very satisfied and can recommend ITC as a reliable and competent travel agency for India. Feroz was very helpful. The day we arrived, the staff gave us an Indian simcard and they used to call so often to see how it was going. We changed 3 drivers (because we have 2 overnightstay in train) and they all were competent and professional; they waited with us at the station of Bodhgaya, a delay train of 4 hours in the night. We can highly recommend him and his company for travel in India.
